SWEAT IN THE CITY – The Soca Fitness Workout

Every Saturday at 11am – 12 midday

A cardio and conditioning session that keeps workouts fresh, fun and seriously sweaty!! Suitable for all levels.  A high and low impact workout focusing on weight loss and defining the muscles with body and core conditioning exercises.

Each session is £6 –
book online or pay on the door.

A B O U T   A N D R E A 

Andrea ChaCha is a qualified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor based in London. She competes in fitness competitions and was awarded her Pro Fitness title in Los Angeles with the WBFF.  She then went on to compete in the WBFF Pro European Championships in the same year where she
placed 2nd.  She now has her own cardio workout class, ‘Sweat in the City’, which takes place every Saturday at 11am in Kennington, South London.

I am a motivation specialist. I put the fun into exercise while educating clients on the best exercises to perform with the optimum intensity focusing on technique to achieve the results they are looking for. Fitness is an important aspect to a healthy lifestyle and it is guaranteed to improve your quality of life. I am an example of what you can achieve.  I aim to provide my clients with honest and positive advice combined with nutrition and weight management guidance so you feel and look the best you possibly can.
